Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Avelix Technologies LLC (“Avelix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the website located at avelix.app and the Avelix pre-launch waitlist (collectively, the “Site”). By submitting your information to the waitlist, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information we collect

(a) Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the date and time of your submission, which determines eligibility for early-signup pricing.

(b) Signup abuse prevention. We record the IP address a submission came from in order to enforce limits on how often the signup form can be used. That record is separate from your waitlist entry and is deleted automatically, normally within three hours and always within twenty-four. Your waitlist entry itself keeps only a one-way fingerprint derived from that address, which lets us count submissions from the same source without retaining the address.

(c) Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our infrastructure providers automatically log certain technical information, which may include IP address, browser type, device characteristics, referring pages, and pages viewed. If we use analytics, they will be privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement tools; we do not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles.

(d) Email delivery data. When we send email, our email service provider records whether the message was delivered, bounced, or reported as spam, so that we can tell our mail is reaching people. We do not track opens or clicks: our emails contain no tracking pixel, and the links in them are not rewritten to record who clicked.

3. Use of information

We use the information described above to: (a) notify you regarding waitlist status and any launch or product updates; (b) administer and honor early-signup pricing; (c) operate, maintain, and secure the Site; and (d) analyze Site usage in order to improve it. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

4. Service providers

Information is processed on our behalf by third-party service providers that supply our infrastructure, including database hosting, web hosting, domain and email routing, and email delivery. Each provider processes data solely to provide its services to us, subject to its own security and data-protection commitments. We do not store your information with any other party.

5. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Avelix Technologies LLC or others.

6. Retention

We retain waitlist information until you create an account with any launched Avelix product, request removal, or we determine the information is no longer needed for the waitlist’s purpose. Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your waitlist entry, including the abuse-prevention fingerprint described in section 2(b), from our systems within thirty (30) days. The separate record of the IP address a submission came from is deleted automatically on the schedule described in that section and is not retained for the life of your entry.

7. Email communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email from us regarding your waitlist status, early-signup pricing, and any launch or product updates. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe mechanism; opting out takes effect promptly. We may continue to send non-marketing service messages where necessary, such as confirmation of a deletion request.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting support@avelix.app. We honor such requests regardless of your place of residence. California residents may exercise applicable rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Residents of the European Union and United Kingdom may additionally request data portability and may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

9. Age requirement

The Site is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us personal information, contact support@avelix.app and we will delete it.

10. Security

We rely on reputable infrastructure providers employing industry-standard security practices, and we limit the data we collect to what is necessary to operate the waitlist. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, including if an Avelix application launches, at which time this Policy would be expanded to address the application itself. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email where we hold a valid address.
